German Chocolate Pie

1 cup sugar
1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
1 heaping tablespoon self-rising flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup coconut (sweetened is fine)
1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell

 

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, then mix in egg, milk, and vanilla. Stir in pecans and coconut. Pour into pie shell and bake 40 minutes, or till set but a little jiggly.
