Put your pedal to the metal and ride over to the Metal Museum for Bikesploitation IV, The Bicycle Festival on Saturday, May 17. The festival runs from noon to 10 p.m. in the museum’s sculpture garden. Activities kick off with a bike parade at noon, followed at 2 p.m. by a bike Sculpture of Sound, an interactive sound sculpture made from bike parts. Check out the Wall of Love, where you can share what your bike means to you or view bicycle films from around the world. There will also be a bike-themed mural competition, a bike photo booth, and other creative family activities. The day ends with a group ride from the museum to downtown at 8 p.m. See them on Facebook for more.
