The Sunrise Program and Prepared Childbirth Classes Sunrise Program is a community outreach program for expectant teens up to age 18. The Med also offers Prepared Childbirth Classes for women ages 19 and up. Both programs offer childbirth and parenting education. bgivens@the-med.org. the-med.org
