Arts: Survival Guide 2009
July 1st, 2009 by Jenni Betts DemingKids are some of the most creative creatures around. They can paint an unauthorized masterpiece on the bedroom wall, find the beat using expensive copper pots, and don mommy’s best dress for an exploration in Elizabethan acting. Luckily for Memphis parents, the Mid-South has plenty of artsy ways for imaginative little ones to unleash their talents outside the house. And if your family hasn’t experienced the area arts scene in a while, this year is the perfect time to get your pint-sized Picassos painting, singing, dancing, and creating all over again. Your kids (and your white walls) will thank you.
